And today, Newbrook joins a growing network of neighborhoods, businesses, nature trails, parks, bikeways and roadways that are connecting the mixed-use Point Hope community. The recently-opened Philip Simmons’ public schools are already gaining acclaim, and major employers in the tech, medical, creative, and shipping industries are near.
